BREATHE, SIS is for EVERY woman!
Whether you’re a mother, daughter, wife, sister, caregiver, entrepreneur, professional, student, or simply a woman navigating life’s many responsibilities, this experience is for you.
You are welcome if:
- You’re constantly pouring into others and need time to pour into yourself.
- You’re navigating stress, life transitions, grief, or emotional challenges.
- You’re interested in learning more about mental health and wellness.
- You’re on a personal journey of healing and self-discovery.
- You simply need a safe, supportive space to connect with other women.
You do not have to be struggling to benefit from this experience. Mental health awareness, education, prevention, and self-care are important at every stage of life.
Come as you are. No expectations. No judgment. Just sisterhood, support, and space to BREATHE.
