About this Event
Take 45 minutes to reset, recharge, and restore balance with Breathe & Release, a weekly Himalayan salt cave sound bath and meditation experience in Bogota, NJ.
This immersive wellness session combines a 45-minute halotherapy (salt therapy) experience—a $44 value on its own—with guided meditation and intention setting designed to help you release stress, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with your inner self.
Surrounded by the calming energy of the salt cave, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative sound bath featuring the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gentle chimes. These frequencies help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional balance and mental clarity.
Through breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, this experience helps release tension, energetic blocks, and mental overwhelm—leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.
Perfect as a weekly wellness ritual in Bergen County, Breathe & Release supports long-term balance, focus, and mind-body wellbeing.
