About this Event
Raíces y Renacer | Roots & Renewal
Through conscious breathing, relaxation, and energy renewal practices, you’ll have a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honor where you come from while embracing where you are going.
You don’t need to arrive with anything figured out. Come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, breathe, reconnect, and renew. 🕊️
