It sits at the intersection of multiple systems in our body and mind.
It’s a bridge between physiology, psychology and perception.

By consciously working with, challenging and expanding our normal breath state, we can strongly altar our nervous system and from this shift so much more at a deep level in our psyche, emotional field and body.
It's the quickest key to a regulated nervous system. The foundation of a healthy vessel, body, mind and state of being.

This is a 1:1 session tailored individually to you, to support your intentions, experience and what you’re needing to move, feel, transmute & integrate.

I am trained and versed in various modalities. From ancient systems of breath such as Pranayama, Shamanic, Sufi and Qigong; to modern systems as CCB, somatic informed, diaphragmatic breath, coherent breathing, trauma informed, breakthrough, rebirthing, holotropic, Soma, vivation, biodynamic, wim hof, butekyo method and neurodynamic Breathwork.
