This is a small-group, hands-on experience designed to give you the time, structure, and guidance to step out of the day-to-day and look at your business as an owner.
You won't spend six hours simply listening to someone talk about business planning. You'll spend the day working on yours.
With Debbie's guidance, practical exercises, and conversation with fellow business owners, you'll examine where your business stands today, decide what you want 2027 to look like, and begin translating that direction into practical decisions you can act on.
The goal isn't to leave inspired with another notebook full of ideas.
It's to leave with decisions made.

Throughout the day, Debbie will guide you through six areas of your business.
REALITY — What is true now?
Look at your current results, where your business comes from, how you're spending your time, and what's creating the biggest constraint.
DIRECTION — What am I building?
Define what a successful 2027 actually looks like—for the business and for you as the owner.
MONEY — What must the business produce?
Connect revenue, costs, profit or owner pay, and the number of sales or clients needed to support the business you're building.
MARKET — Where will the business come from?
Identify the customers, business sources, and marketing priorities most aligned with your goals.
CAPACITY — What needs to change to support it?
Look at your time, systems, technology, delegation, and the work that may need to be reduced or stopped altogether.
EXECUTION — What matters first?
Turn the bigger picture into measurable first-quarter outcomes and determine what needs to happen next.
These aren't hypothetical exercises.
You'll work through these questions using your actual business, numbers, goals, challenges, and capacity.
You'll leave with your 3–3–1 plan.
By the end of the day, you'll distill your work into a one-page execution plan:
3 strategic priorities for 2027
3 measurable outcomes for Q1
1 action to complete within the next seven days
You'll leave with more than ideas about what you could do.
