WHY ARE THERE 2 DIFFERENT VIP TICKET OPTIONS? VIP Tickets are OPTIONAL as admission to the event is free. Tickets are good for all 3 days.
(1) VIP TICKET FOR $20 gets you 1 free premium VIP print of your choice (valued at $40) for each day that you attend the event (maximum 3 premium prints for attending all 3 days: valued at $120). There are typically about 50-60 VIP print options to choose from ranging from all fandoms listed above. These same premium prints are sold at the event for $40. You also receive 1 hr early admission to the event before the doors open to the general public allowing you to skip the lines & meet the voice actors/artist & see the art first without the crowds. Lastly you will receive two of the 9"x12" prints of your choice (these are in addition to the prints you receive for sharing the event on social media). Minors under the age of 18 may accompany a parent to the early entry without needing a VIP ticket.
(2) AMAZING VIP TICKET FOR $40 gets you ALL the perks of the $20 VIP ticket plus 1 additional 12"x16" premium character print which includes several options of all the featured actor's characters. These character prints are NOT offered as options for the $20 VIP print. Amazing VIP Ticket Holders are limited to 1 character print per ticket and cannot redeem an additional character print if attending multiple days. However, you will still receive an additional VIP (non-character) print for each additional day of attendance. Please note: special guest actor autographs are NOT included in these VIP options & instead are purchased separately at the actor's booth.

HOW DO I GET MY FREE 9"x12" PRINT? this event on any of your social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X etc.) by September 19th. Get another free print by liking and following our Instagram or Facebook page at amazingartexpo. Limit one free print per individual who shared on their own/separate social media & per individual who follows Amazing Art Expo's Facebook or Instagram page. When you check in at the event, use your phone to show proof you shared the event in order to get your free print. to share the event on Facebook.
WHERE DO I PARK: Parking is FREE at the hotel!
WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE EVENTS DISPLAYING A SIMILAR EVENT WITH THE SAME DATES AND LOCATION? These are all the same event! We are limited in the amount of characters we can type in an event title. Since our event encompasses: Anime, Game, Horror, Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, Alice in Wonderland, this is simply too long to put into an event title. To make it easier and in order to reach fans of each theme, we have created separate events for these themes but keep in mind, it is all the same event.
THIS EVENT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS A LEGITIMATE EVENT? We encourage you to Google us at "amazing art expo" where you will see many updates, reviews, etc. We have over 64,000 followers on Facebook, 44,000 on Instagram and have been in business since 2016. We have hosted over 100 events during that time.
WHY DO I NEED TICKETS IF THE EVENT IS FREE? Ticke reservations help us monitor what our attendance will be. However, with the exception of VIP tickets, free ticket reservations are not required to enter the event.
HOW DO I GET AN AUTOGRAPH FROM THE VOICE ACTORS? Autographs may be purchased at the event (voice actor's booth) using cash, credit card or Apple Pay. Last Call for Voice Actor Autographs is Sunday at 4:30 pm. There will be other options as well to upgrade your signature to include larger prints, Funkos, swords, statues, quotes/doodles, voice/video recording, selfies, etc. Those prices will be determined at the event itself. You may bring to the event your own product(s) to be signed including print(s), Funkos, swords, etc. Remember, this is also a pop culture art expo and there will be lots of super cool prints relevant to the voice actor available to purchase at the event. We encourage you to take a look at the art show first before getting in line with the voice actors. If you plan to purchase autographs, we recommend you also purchase a VIP ticket since it allows you 1 hour early access to the voice actors before the doors open to the public, at which time the lines can get lengthy.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED? This event is 100% Kid & Stroller Friendly!
ARE YOU ACCEPTING VENDORS OR ARTISTS FOR THIS EVENT? We are no longer accepting any vendors for this event.
IS THERE ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I.) ART AT THIS EVENT? Absolutely NOT! All our art sold on our website and featured at our show was created by human hands and all made in the USA. We do not believe A.I. art is actually art and we stay firm with that decision.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED? You are welcome to photograph cosplayers and the overall event— both are encouraged to share with friends. However, due to encounters of theft, attempts in converting the art via A.I. and/or unauthorized reproduction (bootlegging) of the artwork, our artists request no photography of the art itself please. Out of respect for the artists, this rule is strictly enforced.
DO I HAVE TO COSPLAY TO ATTEND THE EVENT? No. Cosplaying is completely voluntary.
WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR THE COSPLAY CONTEST?
Cosplay Contests will take place approximately 3-4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Marty Grabstein, the voice of Courage the Corwardly Dog, will announce the winnders of the cosplay contest! All Monsters, princesses, princes, superheroes, Jedi, wizards, witches and even muggles of all ages are encouraged to attend and will be introduced to the audience as their character name. Cosplayers who meet the following criteria listed below will qualify for the Cosplay Contest.
1st PLACE PRIZE: Receives a $100 Gift Certificate for the Amazing Art Expo.
2nd PLACE PRIZE: Receives a $75 Gift Certificate for the Amazing Art Expo.
3rd PLACE PRIZE: Receives a $50 Gift Certificate.
All qualified cosplayers participating in the contest will receive a complimentary premium 12"x16" VIP print of their choice valued at $40.
PROFESSIONAL COSPLAYERS (INFLUENCERS) who have 50,000+ social media followers may qualify to receive a free display table to promote their brand(s) in exchange for coming to and promoting the event. Please email [email protected] for details.
1.) JUST SHOW UP: by 2 pm on the day of the cosplay contest. You do not need to check in! Rather, we will make several announcements before the contest to record names of all cosplayers and instructions as to how it will be run.
2.) LIMITATIONS: All ages are applicable to win. Costumes should portray pop culture characters: Anime, Disney, Star Wars, Horror, Super Heroes, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Ninja Turtles, etc. Members of the 501st.com and Furries are not eligible.
3.) COSTUMES must be creative. Out of respect for the cosplayers who put hours into their costumes, simply wearing a hat, shirt, sweatshirt, etc. does not qualify for the competition and this rule applies to children too. Just because your kids are cute, wearing Spiderman Pajamas or shirts will not qualify them to enter. Store bought costumes must be creative and are eligible to participate. However, 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners must include costumes which are at least 40% hand made. Winners will be judged on their interaction with attendees and the creativity of their costumes including makeup and handmade materials, personality - especially pertaining to depicting your cosplay character, etc. Costumes should be tasteful and not be deemed offensive. The barest minimum of body coverage would be that of a bikini.
4.) WEAPONS: All operational shooting weapons and/or sharp objects are absolutely forbidden. Non-firing toy weapons are allowed. Act responsibly and use caution when carrying, yielding, displaying large props. Any simulation of props, such as light saber battles, may be allowed if granted permission beforehand by an Amazing Art Expo crew member and if conducted in an open area free of bystanders.
5.) PHOTOS: Although taking photos with guests is voluntary, cosplayers are not to charge guests for any photos. Photos should be taken in an open area so you are not blocking aisles or product displays. You are welcome to ask any Amazing Art Expo employee suggestions for such areas. In an effort to protect artist's works at the event, no photography of the artwork is allowed.
6.) If the event includes a contest on Saturday and Sunday, contestants may participate both days but are not eligible to win more than once with the same costume.
7.) There must be at least 12 participants in the Cosplay Contest with at least 3 qualifying participants in order for the contest to take place.
