Wichita Women's March & Protest for Justice, Safety & Our Rights
**BELIEVE WOMEN. PROTECT SURVIVORS. DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY.**
Enough silence. Enough victim-blaming. Enough sexual violence. Enough protecting perpetrators while survivors are left fighting to be heard.
On **Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 11 AM to 2 PM**, we are calling on Wichita and surrounding communities to come together at **Broadway & Douglas, near the Ruffin Building in downtown Wichita, Kansas**, for a Women's March & Protest.
This gathering is about more than holding signs. It is about confronting the realities of rape, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, sex trafficking, reproductive rights, and the ongoing fight for women's safety, freedom, equality, and justice.
We believe survivors deserve to be heard, supported, and protected.
We believe children and young people deserve safety.
We believe perpetrators of sexual violence must be held accountable.
We believe women deserve the right to make decisions about their own bodies and futures.
And we believe silence should never be mistaken for acceptance.
**OUR MESSAGE IS CLEAR:**
- NO means NO.
- Believe women. Support survivors.
- Consequences for rapists, not survivors.
- Stop sexual abuse and human trafficking.
- Protect our daughters and future generations.
- Defend reproductive freedom and women's rights.
- Demand accountability from perpetrators and institutions that fail survivors.
### WHY WE ARE MARCHING
Too many survivors carry stories they were afraid to tell. Too many have experienced disbelief, intimidation, shame, or injustice. We are gathering to say that survivors are not alone and that sexual violence should never be normalized, excused, or ignored. We want a community that takes allegations seriously, supports survivors, protects children, confronts trafficking and exploitation, and respects women's autonomy.
### WE INVITE YOU TO STAND WITH US
Survivors, advocates, mothers, daughters, grandmothers, families, and supportive community members are welcome. You do not have to share your personal story to participate. Your presence matters. Bring your signs. Bring your voices. Bring your determination to demand better and wear black in solidarity.
This is intended to be a peaceful, survivor-centered public demonstration.
