Brandon’s latest novel Isles of the Emberdark, published February 2026, is a stunning standalone that navigates the seas and the stars of a far-future Cosmere. In this beautiful new tale, Brandon expands his thrilling novella Sixth of the Dusk into a mythic novel of legends, lore, and warring galactic superpowers.
Brandon Sanderson is the award-winning and bestselling author of a number of novels, his best-known include the Mistborn series and The Stormlight Archive, which are set in the Cosmere universe. His upcoming books The Fires of December and Tailored Realities are due to be published later this year.
Brandon will be in conversation with bestselling author Joe Abercrombie. Joe worked as an editor of documentaries and live music before his first book, The Blade Itself, published in 2006. Since then, he has released two further instalments in the First Law trilogy, three standalones and the Shattered Sea trilogy, amongst others. The Devils is his latest book, publishing in paperback this May.
