Brain Health Workshop

The YMCA of Niagara is partnering with Baycrest Academy for Research and Education to offer free Brain Health Workshops in Niagara.

These workshops explore practical ways to support brain health, memory, and healthy aging. Participants will receive evidence-based resources and learn strategies that can support overall wellness and dementia risk reduction.

This interactive session includes Cogniciti’s Brain Health Assessment completed on laptops provided onsite. Participants will also receive brain health resources and wellness information focused on memory and healthy aging.

Please note: Basic computer skills are required.
