You will hear more about our services in clinic and outreach, including a look back on our work in the community with our new Clinical Van.

There will be some fun activities, time for networking, clinical updates and an opportunity to hear about our new e-referral system, which is streamlining the referral process for our partners. It’s also a great chance to speak to our team about how we can do more together to support the people you are working with.
