About this Event
Bourbon and bubbles? Trust us on this one.
Join us at MetroBottle for Bourbon & Bubbles, an interactive Angel’s Envy tasting experience pairing beautifully finished whiskey with sparkling wine and cocktails in a way you may not have tried before.
We’ll kick things off with a refreshing Peach Smash welcome cocktail, followed by a little Bourbon 101 and the story behind Angel’s Envy and its signature approach to barrel finishing.
Then the real fun begins.
Your Bourbon & Bubbles experience includes:
- Peach Smash welcome cocktail
- 4 Angel’s Envy whiskeys tasted neat
- 3 curated sparkling wine pairings
- 3 signature Bourbon & Bubbles cocktails:
- The Sparkling Port — Angel’s Envy Port Finished Bourbon + ginger + sparkling wine
- Triple Oak to the Peach — Angel’s Envy Triple Oak + peach + French sparkling wine
- The New Lou — Angel’s Envy Rum Finished Rye + lime + mint + Prosecco
- Guided bourbon, barrel-finishing + pairing education
- Live cocktail demonstrations so you can recreate the drinks at home
- Angel’s Envy swag + giveaways
You’ll explore how the flavors of Port Finished Bourbon, Triple Oak and Rum Finished Rye come to life alongside sparkling wines ranging from crisp Cava and Prosecco to Champagne.
Think part bourbon tasting, part bubbles tasting, part cocktail class — and an entirely different way to experience Angel’s Envy.
Whether you’re already a bourbon lover or simply curious about whiskey, no expertise required. Come sip, learn and discover a few new cocktail tricks along the way.
Must be 21+. Limited seating available. Grab your seat and come see why bourbon + bubbles just works.
