Many moms find themselves depleted from the expectations and demands of motherhood. If you've ever said yes and immediately regretted it, or felt selfish for simply having needs, this workshop is for you.
Boundaries are the foundation of every healthy relationship, including the one you have with yourself.
When we maintain healthy boundaries, we can show up as the woman and mother we want to be. The benefits of that ripple across the entire family.
We get it, setting limits can sometimes feel imposing.
In this workshop, we’ll hold space for you to get honest about when and why you experience boundary struggles, and exactly what to do about it.
