What is it?
The Maker Challenge is a fast-paced blast of creativity. You’ll face a surprise problem, a pile of simple materials, and just minutes to invent a clever solution. Build something original, imagine as many uses as you can, and pitch it before the buzzer!
It’s messy, bold, and all about thinking outside the box. Because the best ideas don’t come from perfection, they come from play, teamwork, and daring to try!

Who's leading this workshop?
The Maker Challenge is led by Yoon-Joo Jee, an awarded social entrepreneur, certified facilitator, and experience designer, currently Entrepreneur in Residence at City, University of London.
Yoon-Joo has extensive experience designing and delivering workshops that spark creativity, collaboration, and fresh thinking. Her work focuses on helping people step outside their comfort zones, experiment with bold ideas, and turn imagination into action.
