The Boss Up Youth Summit is a powerful experience for youth ages 11–17, including at-risk and justice-involved youth. This summit is about real conversations, real choices, and real opportunities to change the direction of your future.
Through mentorship, motivational speakers, life skills, community resources, and honest discussions about peer pressure, decision-making, consequences, mental health, self-worth, and staying out of trouble, youth will receive tools to help them make better choices and move forward with purpose.
Whether you're doing well, struggling, have made mistakes, or simply need positive direction, there is a seat for you.
Your past does not have to become your future. One bad decision does not define your life.
