At Boss Girl Collective, we believe development happens best when environment meets education. We’re taking financial literacy beyond the classroom and bringing it to Topgolf!

Designed for girls ages 10–16, this experience combines money skills, strategy, mentorship, and FUN to help girls begin thinking differently about their financial futures.

Budgeting doesn't have to be boring! Through interactive financial games and challenges, girls will explore:

• Budgeting and saving
• Wants vs. needs
• Smart spending decisions
• Setting financial goals
• How money can grow over time
• Using money as a tool—not just something to spend

Then we take the learning to the green!

Girls will enjoy a Topgolf experience filled with friendly competition, teamwork, focus, encouragement, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other Boss Girls.

No golf experience is necessary.

Our mentors will lead age-appropriate conversations about money, goals, independence, entrepreneurship, and planning for the future.

We want our girls to leave thinking:

Girls ages 10–16 in the Baltimore/DMV area who are ready to learn, connect, compete, laugh, and start building their Boss Girl money mindset.

Space will be limited. Advance registration is required.

This experience requires a minimum number of registered participants. Final Topgolf arrangements will be secured once the registration threshold is reached. Registered families will receive confirmation and complete event details.

If the required participation level is not reached, families will be notified regarding rescheduling or refund options.

This is an intimate Boss Girl Collective experience limited to just 15 girls ages 10–16.

Boss Girl Collective Members: $55Non-Members: $75

Your registration includes the Topgolf experience, interactive financial literacy games and challenges, mentorship, and Boss Girl connection.

No golf experience necessary!

A minimum of 10 registered participants is required for this experience to move forward. Final Topgolf arrangements will be secured once the registration minimum is reached.

If the minimum participation level is not reached, registered families will receive information regarding rescheduling or refund options.
