Bootcamp This 45–minute workout uses body-weight exercises and intervals to improve your strength and conditioning!
About this Event

Well–designed circuits help build muscle strength, reduce body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, while maximizing calorie burn. Be prepared for push-ups and planks! You’ll love how you feel after one of these workouts.

Modifications enable those of any fitness level or physical limitation to get the most out of this workout.

Please bring a mat or towel, and a water bottle for hydration.

With a diverse background in clinical nutrition and massage therapy, Michelle takes a holistic approach to wellness. Her mission is to remind others of their innate ability to heal and thrive, guiding clients to live authentically and with vitality. Through personalized training, nutrition guidance, and a focus on self-care, Michelle supports individuals in living vibrant, authentic lives, filled with purpose and vitality.


Know Before You Go:

  • Parking: FREE Parking is available on the north side of Blvd of the Arts, and in the parking lots in front of the Van Wezel and in front of the Municipal Auditorium, Art Center and Blue Pagoda. Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas and along the south side of Blvd of the Arts.
  • The western edges of the parking lot just north of the Van Wezel and the Centennial Park parking lot are CLOSED to create a resilient shoreline.
  • Pets: Well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome and must remain on a leash at all times. Pet owners are asked to pick up after their pets. For events held indoors, only service dogs are permitted.
  • Safety: Please report any safety concerns to the Sarasota Police Department Non-Emergency Line, available 24 hours a day, at (941) 316-1199.

This event will happen rain or shine. Based on Florida’s unpredictable weather, location decisions will often be made closer to the time of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. In the rare occasion that an indoor location is unavailable, this event will be cancelled.
