About this Event
Orlando freaks & geeks, it’s time to make some history!
90 Degree Social and BookBurn are teaming up for our FIRST ANNUAL Halloween Party! We’re bringing together Orlando’s creatives, artists, weirdos, geeks, misfits and Halloween lovers for a night of costumes, music, community and chaos.
And we’re hoping this becomes a Halloween tradition for years to come.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Halloween party vibes
A curated Halloween party mix
Costumes encouraged
A costume contest judged by Pure Joy Cosplay, an Orlando-based cosplayer with 40K+ followers on Instagram and nearly 10 years of cosplay experience!
Freaks, geeks, creatives & misfits coming together
BookBurn
There is NO required costume theme. Come as your favorite character, a pop-culture icon, something spooky, something sexy, something completely unhinged, or whatever makes you feel like yourself.
COSTUME CONTEST CATEGORIES
SUPERHERO OF THE YEAR
For the best superhero, comic-book, villain, or hero-inspired costume.

For the weirdest, nerdiest, most creative, or most delightfully unhinged costume.
CUTIE SUPREME
For the cutest, most charming, or most adorable look.
CERTIFIED HOT STUFF
For the most alluring, confident, or sexy costume. This keeps the spirit of “sexiest costume” while making it gender-inclusive and focused on the look and persona rather than someone’s body.
