Come for the book, stay for the conversations — and join us for an afternoon of reading, discussion, coffee, and merenda in Navigli.
This October, Even Numbers Book Club is reading Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi, a moving Japanese novel about a café where, under very particular rules, customers can travel back in time.
The book explores love, loss, regret, connection, and the moments we wish we could revisit — giving us plenty to discuss together.
Whether you’ve finished the book, are still reading, or haven’t quite made it to the last page, you’re welcome.
This is not a traditional book club where you need to have every thought perfectly prepared. We’ll guide the conversation and create space for different perspectives, new connections, and plenty of discussion.
