Learn about Bokashi composting, how you can do it at home and how we use it on Randall's Island Urban Farm.About this Event
Join us during Randall's Island Harvest Festival for this special workshop to make bokashi bran together.
Participants can take home bokashi bran to cure and use (supplies are limited). Bring your own container that's airtight and 16 oz or smaller.
We'll use this material to break down meat and fry bread from our zero waste collection at the IPDNYC Festival Oct. 11-12 on Randall's Island.
