About this Event
Join the Kung-Fu Wu-Su Association for a special Qi Gong Seminar designed to help you cultivate energy, strengthen the body, improve awareness, and bring greater calm and focus to the mind. Whether you are completely new to Qi Gong or already have experience with internal training, this seminar offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of breath, movement, posture, relaxation, and energy cultivation.
The seminar will be led by Grand Master Sidney Camille and Master Manny Miranda, bringing participants into the principles and practices that make Qi Gong such a powerful complement to martial arts, health, and everyday life. Through guided instruction, participants will explore how deliberate breathing and controlled movement can help develop greater body awareness, coordination, balance, concentration, and internal strength.
Qi Gong is not simply physical exercise—it is a practice of connecting the body, breath, energy, and mind. The techniques introduced during this seminar can support a more centered state of being while helping practitioners learn how to move with greater relaxation and intention. For martial artists, these principles can also enhance the quality of movement, structure, sensitivity, and internal power developed through training.
All experience levels are welcome, so no previous Kung Fu or Qi Gong training is necessary. Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn, experience the practice for yourself, and discover another dimension of traditional Chinese internal training.
