Step into a luminous environment where music, light, breath, and movement come together.
Led by Judy Berberian, a performing artist and certified yoga teacher, Body of Light is an accessible exploration of physical expression within Janet Hansen's immersive LED installation.
Through gentle movement, guided breath, and creative improvisation, participants are invited to discover new ways of relating to their bodies and the surrounding artwork.
There are no routines to memorize, no choreography to perfect, and no expectation to move in any particular way.
Just music, light, and the freedom to explore.
