Session 3
This is your chance to come watch a VO2 Max test on a treadmill live in action.
VO₂ max is one of the best indicators of cardiovascular health and endurance. The higher your VO₂ max, the more oxygen your body can use. During a VO₂ max test, you wear a mask that measures how much oxygen you breathe in and how much carbon dioxide you breathe out while exercising (often on a treadmill or bike).
This is not a practical session but will be interactive.
The clinic is located round the back of Stanley Business Centre (you will see AKS GYM at the front of the first building). Drive down the side of the building to the very last building at the back you will see a green fence along the back wall and there is free parking in front of the door with a big number 6 in front .
