🌙Sip, reflect, and awaken.
Join us for a cozy, welcoming space to explore lucid dreaming and practices for crossing the bridge between waking and sleeping. Cultivating a little bit of everyday magic, we'll exchange experiences and insights, explore archetypes and symbolism, recognize the signs and wonder of dreams, and review dream recall skills and lucid dreaming techniques.
No lucid dreaming experience necessary.
Some experience keeping a dream journal is encouraged.
🌙Bobinsana Tea
Our plant ally and companion on this exploration is the heart-opening master lucid dreamer plant spirit Bobinsana. Tea meditation is facilitated by Blu, a student and devotee of Bobinsana yoga. The Bobinsana tea is a ground composite of leaf, bark, and flower, with a soothing earthy flavor. The spirit is known to have mood-elevating effects, such as relaxation of the throat chakra and warm tingling in the heart chakra.
🌙Earth Solstice Energy
We gather this month on the Solstice! A powerful magnetic time of year. On the shortest day of the year, we take refuge in the dark. The welcoming and protective embrace of night is where dreams, visions, illusions come to life. Uplifted from stable grounding earth energy.
🌙1:1 Dream Consultation
If after the workshop you would like to go more in-depth and need more personal attention, Blu can offer 1:1 Dream Consultation!
Consultation includes: reflection, dream interpretation, in-depths with archetypes and symbolism, and encouragement or instructions on possible next steps if needed. 1:1 Dream Consultation is included in the ticket price (3rd Tier)~!
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Attire is entirely your choice – from cozy lounge-wear to creative expression, lingerie, leatherwear, latex, or any gear representing a persona. This is a consent-centered space rooted in respect, inclusivity, and personal empowerment.
All bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcome.
Journaling is an important part of the process, so some experience with journaling (& dream journaling specifically) is encouraged.
