About this Event
An intimate evening of Blue Lotus, sound, meditation, and connection designed to soften the heart, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your deeper inner knowing.
We will begin with a guided Family Constellation group movement, opening the field through an exploration of ancestral patterns, relationships, and unconscious dynamics that may be influencing our lives.
From there, we will share Blue Lotus tea in ceremony, inviting greater presence, receptivity, and inner awareness. You’ll then be guided into an immersive sound healing and meditation journey with voice, crystal bowls, drum, singing, and intuitive sound.
Together, these practices create a journey from awareness into embodiment—inviting you to release what no longer serves, reconnect with your heart and higher self, and create space for a more aligned expression of who you are becoming.
