Blade & Body is an elevated group fitness class blending HIIT, functional strength, and prop flow into one powerful 60-minute session.
Step into a fitness experience where strength training meets intentional, mindful movement. Throughout class, a lightweight practice prop helps build coordination, balance, posture, and body control.
Designed for every fitness level, our drop-in sessions let you train on your schedule while getting a full-body workout that’s equal parts conditioning and creative movement.
THE EXPERIENCE
30 MINUTES | TECHNIQUE & FOUNDATIONS
Learn the fundamentals. We break down technique, posture, and breath, then practice blending the basic movements into smooth, connected sequences, all at a pace that works for every level.
30 MINUTES | HIIT & FLOW
Now we put it all together. Your new movements become a high-energy HIIT workout that builds endurance, strength, and coordination. We finish with a short choreography sequence you can practice at home, so you leave feeling strong, centered, and ready for next class.

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable, form-fitting athletic attire, water, a towel, and a yoga mat.
All fitness levels are welcome, with movement modifications available for every exercise.
