At the Centre of the Circle: Reclaiming Your Power in Challenging Relationships

Challenging relationships can be our greatest teachers, and there’s nothing like the holiday season to bring that lesson home.

It’s the time of year that often brings unresolved dynamics to the surface: family tensions, unspoken resentments, or the familiar feeling of shrinking, over-giving, or bracing yourself around certain people.

If you can relate to any of this, then this month’s workshop, ‘At the Centre of the Circle: Reclaiming Your Power in Challenging Relationships’ may be just what you need.

In this one-hour interactive taster session, Kuumba Nia will gently introduce you to the Circle of One, a powerful coaching and self-enquiry tool that helps you understand why particular relationships feel so charged - and shows you how to respond from a place of truth, integrity and choice.

Through a guided exercise, you’ll explore one relationship that feels particularly challenging and uncover what it may be inviting you to notice about yourself - your values, your boundaries, and your truth.

By the end of the session, you will:

● Gain deeper understanding of a relationship that feels charged or unresolved

● Reconnect with your inner authority and sense of self-trust

● Clarify what belongs to you to reflect on—and what does not

● Experience a greater sense of calm, perspective, and inner alignment

● Leave with a simple, powerful insight you can carry forward into the year ahead
