Black Women and Femmes Self Care Recharge

Black women and femmes, we spend so much time pouring into others. Now, it's our turn to pour back into ourselves! 💜✨

On November 14th, from 12–3 PM, join us at Little Black Pearl for Lighthouse Foundation's Self Care Recharge, an afternoon created for us, by us, to celebrate wellness, restoration, sisterhood, and joy!

We deserve spaces where we can slow down, show up as our authentic selves, build meaningful connections, and prioritize our health and happiness.

Throughout the afternoon, we'll recharge together through speed friending, art therapy, sound healing, somatic movement, and nutrition education designed to nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits. We'll also connect with community organizations offering resources to support our wellness, cancer prevention, and access to quality healthcare.

We'll close the afternoon with a powerful panel, "State of Black Women's Health & Political Power in Chicago," where we'll have real conversations about our health, the challenges we face, and how we can advocate for ourselves and one another to build healthier, stronger communities.

Whether you're seeking rest, connection, healing, or simply a little time to yourself, this space is for YOU.
