About this Event
BLACK THREADS: GAME NIGHT
From the Timeline to the Taproom!
Spades. Dominoes. Good Drinks. Good Company.
It's time to take the conversation off the timeline and into real life!
Join us on Saturday, November 7, from 7–9 PM at Spangalang Brewery for the first Black Threads Game Night, an evening of friendly competition, great music, good drinks, and even better company in the heart of Denver's historic Five Points neighborhood.
Whether you're ready to talk a little trash across the dominoes table, show off your spades skills, or just pull up and meet some new people, there's a seat for you!
WHAT TO EXPECT
🃏 Spades & Dominoes – Find a partner, grab a seat, and get into a game. Whether you're a seasoned player or just learning, it's all about having fun.
🍻 Good Drinks & Good Food – Enjoy Spangalang's craft beers, cocktails, and food while you hang out.
🎶 Good Music & Good Vibes – A soundtrack of R&B, hip-hop, and feel-good favorites to keep the energy right.
🤝 Real Connections – Meet some of the people you've been interacting with online, make new friends, and connect with Denver's community in person.
NO TOURNAMENTS. NO PRESSURE. JUST GOOD TIMES.
This isn't about who wins or loses (although we know some of y'all take spades seriously!).
Black Threads is about creating a space where people can come together, laugh, play, and build real connections beyond the screen.
Come solo, bring a friend, or pull up with your favorite spades partner. We'll have hosts on hand to help introduce people and get games started.
