Black Men's Healing Circle: Philadelphia

Join us for the Black Men’s Healing Circle on Saturday, February 14, 2026 in Philadelphia—a Black History Month gathering rooted in remembrance, resilience, and restoration. As we honor the legacy of Black men who sustained families, movements, and communities, we’re making space to care for the men who are still sustaining so much today. This in-person circle is a safe, grounded space for Black men to release, reset, and realign for the year ahead—without having to sustain it all alone.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we’ll guide you through a restorative experience designed to help release anxiety, stress, and trauma held in the body, while cultivating deeper calm, clarity, gratitude, and peace. You’ll be supported by facilitators trained in spiritual care and emotional well-being, and held in community by men who understand the weight—and the gift—of what it means to be a man.

Info: This event includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start.
