Join us for a deeper look at how your property is assessed and what you should review to ensure the information is accurate. Makeda and Jeff Darrow from the Assessor’s Office will explain how your property’s grade, condition, square footage, finished basement space and other characteristics can affect its assessed value.
They will also cover senior property-tax exemptions, annual revaluation notices, and what steps homeowners can take if they disagree with an assessment. Jeff will have his laptop available after the presentation to help homeowners review their individual property records and situations more closely.
