Presented in partnership with The Black Genius Foundation Inspired by the tradition of gathering together to experience music, Black Genius Listening Sessions are collaboratively generated musical journeys that invite audiences to dive deep into an artist's discography or curate live soundtracks around a shared theme. For this special edition at The Apollo, we will explore the concept of Black Genius what is it, what does it sound like, who are the artists that are emblematic of it, and what are the songs on its soundtrack? Hosted by a facilitator and featuring a live DJ, this session will bring together a dynamic panel to unpack these questions and discuss the songs that shape their personal Black Genius soundtracks. Attendees will also be invited to join the conversation, sharing their own song picks and reflections.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. Seating is general admission and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early, as late seating is not guaranteed. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of House Management. There is a limit of four tickets per household for this event. Citi® is the preferred card of The Apollo Stages at The Victoria.
