[ENGLISH VERSION BELLOW]Zapraszamy na warsztat Biodanzy "Taniec Greckiech Bogów". Będziemy podróżować przez mity greckie i przebudzać bogów w naszym wnętrzu.
Te Archetypy to zbiór obrazów psychicznych obecnych w nieświadomości zbiorowej – wrodzonych wzorców wywodzących się z głębi ludzkiej duszy i dziedziczonych genetycznie.
Mity to narracje poetyckie i filozoficzne, stanowiące pierwotne objawienia psychiki przedświadomej. Według Junga „mitów nie wymyślamy – my je przeżywamy”. To, czy owe wewnętrzne wzorce zostaną aktywowane, czy też pozostaną uśpione, decyduje o naszych fundamentalnych różnicach. Wiedza – zwłaszcza ta zdobywana poprzez doświadczenie cielesne – dostarcza środków do zrozumienia i uruchomienia tych psychicznych rzeczywistości.
aby poznać samych siebie, musimy poznać bogów i boginie mieszkające w naszym wnętrzu; musimy – słowami Jamesa Hillmana – „stanąć twarzą w twarz z bogami”. A owo „stawienie czoła bogom” oznacza przebudzenie się na wymiary psychologiczne, które każdy z nich reprezentuje w naszej tożsamości.

ENG:
We invite you to the Biodanza workshop “Dance of the Greek Gods.” Together, we will journey through Greek myths and awaken the gods within us.
Archetypes can be understood as a collection of psychic images present in the collective unconscious—innate patterns arising from the depths of the human psyche and inherited across generations. They form part of humanity’s primordial heritage or, as Carl Gustav Jung described them, the “DNA of the human soul.” In this sense, they can be seen as the psychological equivalent of instinct.
Jung, whose work is one of the main inspirations for this workshop, viewed archetypes as psychic organs, analogous to physical organs. Both can be understood as structures shaped through evolution. Archetypes provide an underlying structure for the patterns of behaviour and experience that we share as human beings.
Myths are poetic and philosophical narratives that reveal the primordial patterns of the psyche. As Jung said, “We do not invent myths—we live them.” Whether these inner patterns are awakened or remain dormant profoundly shapes how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Knowledge—and especially knowledge gained through bodily experience—can help us recognise, understand, and awaken these inner realities.
When Jung was asked why psychology was such a young field, he replied that, in the past, myths had fulfilled this role for people. As Joseph Campbell wrote, myths fulfil “psychological, metaphysical, sociological, and cosmological functions.”
Other cultures, deeply attuned to the art of being, understood that to know ourselves, we must also come to know the gods and goddesses dwelling within us. We must, in James Hillman’s words, “come face to face with the gods.”
To face the gods is to awaken to the psychological dimensions that each of them represents within our own identity.
“In every corner of my being, there stands the altar of a different god.” — Fernando Pessoa
