A playful workshop for children aged 5–9 and the grown-up who comes with them.
Sometimes children...
💛 feel everything all at once.
💙 struggle to find the words.
💚 react before they understand what's happening.
❤️ ...and that's completely normal.
This isn't about "fixing" behaviour.
It's about becoming Feelings Detectives together.
Through games, stories, movement, creativity and crafts, children will begin to notice what's happening inside themselves, understand their emotions and discover simple ways to feel steadier when life feels a bit wobbly.
