About this Event
A new regular free activity taking place at 12.15pm-12:45pm on the second Wednesday of each month for BID levy paying business staff only.
Hosted at OrangeYoga Studio, this inclusive, mixed-level yoga class is open to everyone!
From complete beginners to experienced yogis, we’ll explore flowing movement guided by the breath, with options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
We’ll begin by grounding, flow mindfully through the practice, and finish with the ultimate relaxation in savasana.
A supportive, friendly space to build strength, flexibility, and awareness.
A chance to escape for 30 minutes and enjoy moving together.
Mats are available to borrow at the stdio but please feel free to bring your own.
Tickets are free* for Cheltenham BID levy paying businesses with a maximum allocation of 2 tickets per business.
*While these tickets are free to attendees, please be aware that each one represents a real cost to the BID. We kindly ask that if you reserve a ticket, you honour your commitment to attend. No-shows prevent other businesses from taking advantage of the opportunity. Due to a high number of non-attendances at previous events, failure to cancel your ticket with at least 48 hours’ notice may result in restrictions on your ability to register for future events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver successful events for everyone.
