About this Event
Meet Bianca Cefalo, Astronautical Engineer and the CEO & Founder of Space DOTS
Everyone wants to reach for the stars. Far fewer ask what might hit them when they get there. Space is becoming a place to do business. But beyond the launch-day celebrations lies an unforgiving environment where the stakes are sky-high and a technical failure can be very very expensive.
Join us for a live fireside conversation with astronautical engineer and Space DOTS founder Bianca Cefalo as we explore what it takes to build a business beyond Earth.
We’ll follow her journey into astronautical engineering and the leap from engineer to entrepreneur, uncovering the thinking behind Space DOTS and the threats facing every satellite. What does it take to make something survive in space? Who gets to take part in this new commercial frontier? And how do you persuade people to back an idea whose ambitions are literally out of this world?
We'll discuss big ideas, extraordinary engineering and get a glimpse into an industry that could shape all our futures. Whether you’re fascinated by space, building your own business or simply curious about what’s happening above your head, come ready to think outside the atmosphere.
