What is Kirtan? Kirtan is a powerful form of Mantra Meditation—a practice of call-and-response chanting that has been used for centuries to still the mind and open the heart. It is a Sound Journey where melody and rhythm become a bridge to inner peace. You don’t need to be a singer or have any prior experience; the collective sound carries the meditation, allowing you to move beyond the busy-ness of daily life into a state of deep connection and stillness.

1. Kirtan & Mantra Meditation We begin with an immersive sound journey. Through the repetition of sacred mantras, we create a collective energy that helps release stress and invites a sense of inner calm.

2. Philosophy: Ancient Wisdom, Modern Mind Between the chanting, we dive into a short, practical talk on ancient philosophy. We explore timeless concepts through a rational lens, offering insights you can apply directly to your modern life.

3. Community Vegan Dinner We conclude the night by sharing a home-cooked vegetarian dinner. This is a relaxed space to connect, share reflections, and meet like-minded people in a supportive environment.
