🧠 Why Origami? (The Ultimate Mental Reset)
Origami isn’t just a craft—it’s a meditation. In a world of endless scrolling, paper folding gives your brain a chance to slow down, focus, and be entirely in the present moment. It’s proven to reduce stress, boost patience, and fire up your creative thinking.
No screens, no tools, no paint—just your hands and a piece of paper.
What’s included:
Step-by-step live instructions projected onto a big screen.
All materials and paper provided.
A short half-time break to chat and mingle.
Links to exclusive instructional video tutorials after the class.
Signed copies of Samuel’s books will be available to purchase in English and Dutch!
👥 FAQs & Guidelines
Is it beginner-friendly? 100%. We take you through it step-by-step.
What should I bring? Everything is provided, but bring a small bag to carry your paper creations home safely. Feel free to bring your own aesthetic paper if you want!
Are kids allowed? Yes, but we recommend ages 8+ as younger kids often struggle with the fine motor skills needed.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
👋 Get Involved: We’re Looking for Volunteers!
