📊 How can data help us better understand and measure sustainability? What does sustainable finance mean, and what role does data analysis play in this field?At the Faculty of International Business (NGK) of Budapest University of Economics and Business (BGE), Bálint Várgedő, a staff member of the Sustainable Finance Department of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB, the Central Bank of Hungary), will give a lecture in English entitled “Data Analysis in the Service of Sustainable Finance”.
During the lecture, you will learn why data analysis is important, how valuable insights can be extracted from data, and how these insights can be applied to sustainability and sustainable finance.
🌱 Who should attend?
The lecture is particularly relevant to students taking the Social Science Data Analysis 1 course, but all interested students are welcome to join, especially those curious about the connection between data analysis, finance, and sustainability.

📊 Hogyan segíthetnek az adatok abban, hogy jobban megértsük és mérhetővé tegyük a fenntarthatóságot? Mit jelent a fenntartható finanszírozás, és milyen szerepe van mindebben az adatelemzésnek?
A BGE Nemzetközi Gazdálkodás Karán Várgedő Bálint, a Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB) Fenntartható Pénzügyek Főosztályának munkatársa tart angol nyelvű előadást „Data Analysis in the Service of Sustainable Finance” címmel.
Az előadás során megismerheted, miért fontos az adatok elemzése, hogyan nyerhetünk belőlük értékes információkat, és miként alkalmazhatók ezek a fenntarthatóság, illetve a fenntartható finanszírozás területén.

Az előadás elsősorban a Társadalomtudományi adatelemzés 1. kurzus hallgatóinak kapcsolódik a tanulmányaihoz, de minden érdeklődő hallgatót szeretettel várunk, akit érdekel az adatelemzés, a pénzügyek és a fenntarthatóság kapcsolata.
