Join Flex & Flow Collective and Beyond Yoga for a three-part Yogalates series designed to help you move, reset, and connect as we head into the new year.
Think Pilates strength, yoga flow, good music, good energy, and a welcoming community. Each month will bring its own vibe, with a little something different to enjoy beyond the mat.

Come move with us, meet someone new, and enjoy a little time for yourself.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
Bring your own mat, a water bottle, and come ready to move!
This event is a 45-minute yoga class, followed by a shopping party.
About Nakita Manning
Nakita Manning is the Founder & Studio Director of Flex & Flow Collective, a movement and wellness community rooted in Pilates, yoga, mindfulness, and connection. A comprehensively certified classical Pilates instructor and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Nakita creates welcoming, approachable movement experiences designed for every body. Through Flex & Flow Collective, she leads Pilates, yoga, private sessions, community classes, and wellness events throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Her teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, mobility, and strength, with a focus on helping people move, connect, and feel at home in their bodies. As Flex & Flow continues to grow, Nakita is bringing that vision to life with the opening of its first studio on H Street in Washington, DC, in 2027, creating a home for movement, connection, and community.

Rooted Existence Juice Company is a DMV-based cold-pressed juice and wellness company dedicated to nourishing people and empowering communities. Through fresh juices, wellness education, and our nonprofit Rooted PPPLL Community Gardens in Baltimore City, we promote healthier choices, food awareness, and more sustainable, self-sufficient communities.
