About this Event
Join us for Beyond the CV: AI, Recruitment & How to Get Hired in 2027, an in-person event where we dive into how AI is changing recruitment and what really makes candidates stand out in Spain and beyond.
Hear from Mairead Dornan, a recruitment and executive search pro with over 12 years experience across HR, recruitment and and executive search across various industries. She´s currently focused on headhunting independent M&A partners globally to join the network of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance. She´ll talk about what recruiters look for, how AI and ATS systems affect your CV, and tips to avoid common mistakes.
Natasha Mason Kennedy, BLC Group founder, will share the employer’s perspective on standing out beyond qualifications, showing initiative, and why authenticity matters more than ever in an AI-driven world.
After two quick talks, join an interactive roundtable and Q&A, then enjoy informal networking to connect with professionals and speakers.
