OVERVIEW:
Most founders have their business context scattered across their inbox, notes and memory. In this session, participants set up their own Attio CRM on the free or paid plan, connect their Gmail or Outlook to pull in contacts and conversation history automatically, then connect that CRM to Claude. By the end, they can ask their AI questions grounded in their real relationships and pipeline, or build and push things to their CRM via AI.
YOUR FACILITATOR:
Hayden Grover is Director of Marketing Services at Concept, a Northeast Ohio consulting agency focused on lead generation, CRM consulting, and marketing. He leads engagements spanning CRM implementation across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Attio, marketing strategy, and AI-powered workflow automation for organizations from early-stage startups to established enterprises. A returning Beyond Startup facilitator, Hayden helps founders turn the information already sitting in their inboxes into systems that drive real growth.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS
This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
