We're delighted to be hosting Olivia Teixeira and Fernando Lima during their first visit to the Netherlands.They will be with us for a whole week, giving opportunities for small group classes, weekend event, (including a milonga and performance) and private lessons.

Practical tools to interpret melodic Tangos, understanding traditions, historical contextualizations and differences between styles, when to use Milonguero or Salonero's style depending on musical sections, and how to choose between abstract or literal interpretation.

Olivia and Fernando are Brazilian tango teachers and artists, with a thirty-year career that claims several esteemed titles and awards. They currently live, teach and perform in Buenos Aires. They are founders of the EsTudo Tango method, based on the tripod of musicality, Physics’ vectors and Laban’s movement factors.
They are also producers of the EsTudo Tango International Congress in Buenos Aires and co-authors of the book “Themes of Argentine Tango - Argentina and Brazil” and “Solos de Tango”. You can find many of their acclaimed courses online under the names “Estudo Tango.” Olivia and Fernando have taught in over 40 cities throughout Brazil, Argentina, US, UK, Ireland and are making their debut in Netherlands this year.
They currently teach regularly every Sunday during the high season at the Tango Temple, the historic Marabú, where the emblematic orchestras of Aníbal Troilo and Rodolfo Biagi debuted, in 1937 and 1938, respectively.
