About this Event
What if working harder isn't the answer?
Join us for a special keynote session with Jenny Au at Braddell Heights II Toastmasters — a talk that cuts to the heart of what actually moves careers forward.
In "Beyond Hardwork: What Really Leads to Promotion", Jenny shares the mindset shifts, habits, and relationship strategies that separate people who get promoted from those who stay stuck — no matter how hard they work.
What you'll take away:
• How to shift your mindset from effort-based to impact-based thinking
• The habits that high-performers build (and most people skip)
• How to strengthen the right relationships at work
• Practical steps to create more opportunities for yourself
This is a free, open-to-all session. Come as a guest — no Toastmasters membership needed.
