🌊 กรุงเทพฯ น้ำจะท่วมเมื่อไร ใครจะไปคาดเดาได้?
ชีวิตคนเราก็ไม่ต่างกัน บางครั้งเรื่องราวต่าง ๆ ก็ถาโถมเข้ามาโดยไม่ทันตั้งตัว ทั้งเรื่องสุข เรื่องเศร้า เรื่องน่าหัวเราะ หรือเรื่องที่เราไม่รู้จะเล่าให้ใครฟัง
แต่ก่อนที่เรื่องราวเหล่านั้นจะท่วมท้นหัวใจ ทำไมเราไม่ลองนำมันมาแบ่งปันกัน?
BETWEEN US – ระหว่างเรา คือการแสดง Playback Theatre หรือละครย้อนเล่น ที่ชวนผู้ชมมาแบ่งปันเรื่องราวจากชีวิตจริง แล้วให้นักแสดงนำเรื่องราวเหล่านั้นมาถ่ายทอดเป็นละครสด ผ่านการด้นสด การเคลื่อนไหว และดนตรี
ไม่มีบทละคร ไม่มีการซ้อมเรื่องราวไว้ล่วงหน้า และไม่มีใครรู้ว่าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น แม้แต่นักแสดงเอง!
ผู้ชมสามารถแบ่งปันเรื่องราวจากชีวิตของตัวเอง หรือจะนั่งฟังเรื่องราวของคนอื่นก็ได้ ไม่มีใครถูกบังคับให้เล่า
บางครั้งเรื่องราวที่ถูกนำมาแสดงอาจทำให้เราหัวเราะ บางครั้งอาจทำให้เราเห็นสิ่งที่ไม่เคยสังเกต และบางครั้งเรื่องราวของคนแปลกหน้าก็อาจทำให้เรารู้สึกว่า เราไม่ได้แตกต่างกันมากนัก
เพราะบางครั้ง เรื่องราวที่เคยเป็นเพียงเรื่องของคุณ เมื่อได้เล่าออกมาและมีใครสักคนรับฟัง ก็อาจกลายเป็นเรื่องราวที่เชื่อมโยงเราทุกคนเข้าด้วยกัน
จากเรื่องของคุณ ให้กลายเป็นเรื่อง “ระหว่างเรา”

พวกเราเป็นกลุ่มนักแสดงอาสาสมัครที่รวมตัวกันด้วยความสนใจใน Playback Theatre และความเชื่อว่าการรับฟังเรื่องราวของกันและกันสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์และความเข้าใจระหว่างผู้คนได้
พวกเรามาจากหลากหลายพื้นเพ มีประสบการณ์แตกต่างกัน แต่มีความสุขกับการทดลอง เรียนรู้ และสร้างสรรค์การแสดงร่วมกัน
ชื่อคณะ No Flood in Bangkok สะท้อนถึงความไม่แน่นอนของชีวิต เราไม่อาจรู้ได้ว่าอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นในวันข้างหน้า เช่นเดียวกับเรื่องราวต่าง ๆ ที่อาจหลั่งไหลเข้ามาในชีวิตของเราได้ทุกเมื่อ
แต่แทนที่จะปล่อยให้เรื่องราวเหล่านั้นท่วมท้นอยู่ภายในใจ เราอยากชวนทุกคนมาแบ่งปัน รับฟัง และค้นพบความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างกัน
เราไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรไปมากกว่าความสุขที่ได้แสดงร่วมกัน และโอกาสที่จะได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรื่องราวกับผู้ชม

🌊 When will Bangkok flood again? Who can possibly predict?
Life is just as unpredictable. Sometimes stories and experiences come rushing into our lives without warning—moments of joy, sadness, laughter, or feelings we simply don’t know how to share.
But before those stories overwhelm us, why not share them with someone?
BETWEEN US is a Playback Theatre performance that invites audience members to share real experiences from their lives. Our performers listen and spontaneously bring those stories to life through improvisation, movement, and music.
There is no script, no rehearsed storyline, and no way of knowing what will happen next—not even for the performers!
Audience members are welcome to share moments from their lives, whether funny, touching, surprising, or seemingly insignificant. Or you can simply sit back, listen, and enjoy the performance. Sharing a story is entirely voluntary.
Sometimes the result is hilarious. Sometimes it is moving. Sometimes we discover something about ourselves through someone else’s experience.
And sometimes, a stranger’s story reminds us that we are not so different after all.
Because sometimes, a story that once belonged only to you can become something that connects us all, simply by being told and heard.
Your story becomes a story BETWEEN US.
🎭 Who Are No Flood in Bangkok?
We are a group of volunteer performers brought together by our curiosity about Playback Theatre and our belief in the power of listening.
Coming from different backgrounds and experiences, we share a common interest in exploring, learning, and creating theatre together.
Our group name, No Flood in Bangkok, reflects the uncertainty of life. We can never be entirely sure what tomorrow will bring, just as we cannot predict when unexpected experiences might come flooding into our lives.
But rather than letting those stories overwhelm us, we invite people to share them, listen to one another, and discover the connections between us.
We don’t expect much beyond the joy of performing together and the opportunity to exchange stories with our audience.
