Psychotherapie kann sehr hilfreich sein, und doch suchen viele Menschen keine Hilfe auf. Nicht, weil sie keine Hilfe wollen, sondern weil sie Angst haben, verurteilt oder negativ gesehen zu werden, wenn sie über ihre Probleme sprechen. Gerade wenn es um Sexualität geht, fällt es vielen Menschen schwer, diese Themen anzusprechen.
Im Rahmen dieses Events kannst du unser Anonymisierungsprogramm bei einer kurzen simulierten Therapiesitzung ausprobieren, in der wir ein Erstgespräch für eine Sexualtherapie nachstellen. So kannst du die Erfahrung eines anonymisierten Gesprächs mit einem Therapeuten oder einer Therapeutin per Videoanruf testen. Im Erstgespräch werden wir über deine sexuellen Vorlieben und Zufriedenheit sprechen. Dies ist Teil des Standardablaufs, den wir mit vielen Patient*innen in der ersten Sitzung am Institut für Sexualwissenschaft und Sexualmedizin der Charité durchführen. Du musst nichts teilen, was du nicht preisgeben möchtest, und du kannst auch über ein anderes Thema sprechen, falls du dich damit wohler fühlen solltest.
In deinem einstündigen Slot erfährst du neben dem kurzen Erstgespräch mehr über den Hintergrund des Projekts und die Funktionsweise des Programms. Wir werden dich außerdem bitten, uns Feedback zu deinen Erfahrungen mit dem Anonymisierungstool zu geben.

Try out digital anonymized psychotherapy!
Therapy can be very helpful and yet many people never seek it. Not because they don't want help, but because they are scared of being judged or viewed negatively when sharing whatever they struggle with. Especially topics related to sexuality can be difficult to share.
During this event, you can try out our anonymization tool for a short mock therapy session in which we will mimic an intake for sex therapy. This way, you can test out the experience of an anonymized conversation with a therapist via video call. In the intake, we will find out more about your sexual preferences and satisfaction. This is part of the standard procedure we do with our patients in the first session at the Institute for Sexology and Sexual Medicine at the Charité. You do not need to share anything you don't want to share and there is also the option to talk about a different topic.
In your 1-hour slot, besides the short intake, you will learn more about the background of the project and how the programme works. We will also ask you to give us feedback about your experience with the anonymization tool.
This event is part of the VERANDA research project funded by the BMFTR. Together with our project partners (Berlin Institute of Health, Fraunhofer AISEC, Technische Universität Berlin and German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence) we explore the potential of anonymous digital therapy for individuals who face barriers to accessing psychotherapy due to stigmatization.
