Berlinale 2026: Networking Event for Industry Professionals & Emerging Talent
Hey there,
Berlin Filmmakers (a community of 3,000+ members) invites directors and actors to step on stage and network with peers in the industry.
Who are you as a filmmaker? What drives your work? What kind of stories move you? What collaborators are you looking for? What are your goals and what are you challenges?
This is an evening built around authenticity, connection, and collaboration.
🎬 Pitch Yourself on Stage — Directors and actors each get 5 minutes on stage to introduce themselves, share their creative identity, what moves and inspires you. What is your why?
Bring stills or a mood board. Show your visual language. Let your work speak alongside your words.
🤝 Open Networking with Drinks & Snacks — After the pitches, the floor opens up. Continue the conversations, exchange contacts, and build real relationships in a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and snacks.
Schedule:
- 18:30 – Doors Open: Arrival, drinks & pre-networking
- 19:00 – Industry Speed-Dating: Pitch Yourself (5-min slots)
- 21:00 – Open Networking: Continue the conversation over drinks.
