We are delighted to be welcoming a new Bereavement Café to Hampden House, offering a warm, friendly and supportive space for anyone in our local community who has experienced loss.
We understand that grief can be a lonely journey, and sometimes simply being around others who understand can bring a little comfort.
Whether you would like to share your story, listen to others, enjoy a gentle activity or simply sit with a cup of tea, you will always be welcome.
There is no pressure to talk, no expectations and no right or wrong way to grieve.
First session - Sunday 1st November 2026
