Pirandello Institute and the Hudson Valley Bluegrass Association presents Beppe Gambetta with Hayes Griffin.Join us at The Northside Hub (lovingly referred to as “The Hub”) for the return of acclaimed guitarist and composer Beppe Gambetta, whose masterful performances blend the driving rhythms of American bluegrass with the rich melodic traditions of his native Italy.
In this concert, Beppe will team up with Hayes Griffin, multi-instrumentalist and music educator from Columbus, OH. Hayes represents the energy and enthusiasm of the younger generation and is a new talent in the American flatpicking scene, highly respected for top placements in major guitar competitions. The concert will be a journey through the music and stories of Beppe's multicolored world and will focus particularly on the repertoire of Beppe's latest project Terra Madre, which has topped the Folk DJ and Roots Music Report charts for many months.
Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. Go to www.pirandelloinstitute.org to get your tickets today!
Proceeds help support the Vita Mesnick Italian Language Scholarship at Arlington High School.
