Belmar Yule is a festive holiday festival for Lakewood neighbors, families and visitors.

- Where: Belmar Plaza, Yule Tent at 439 S. Upham St., Lakewood, CO 80226, near Alameda Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard.
- Presented by: Alameda Connects, the Alameda Corridor Business Improvement District (ACBID) and Bridge33 Capital.
Celebrate the holidays in Downtown Lakewood with a festive heated tent, holiday lights, live music, food and drink, and the Belmar Holiday Market, featuring vendors with unique handmade goods.
Neue Polka Colorado, a Colorado-based pop-polka fusion band, performs on the Yule stage from 4:00–7:00 p.m. They play traditional polka and rearrange pop hits in a polka style. Dancing is encouraged!
From 4:00–6:00 p.m., look for a dancing Christmas tree and a giant candy-cane stilt walker outside the tent—great for family photos. Enjoy craft beer from Old 121 Brewhouse, and visit the ice rink at Belmar Plaza, which will be open for skating.
