If you missed our first class that sets the stage for all the rest of the classes, now is your time to grab your spot for our beginner class at Karen's Hallmark Shop, by Belk in the Danville Mall.Let's dive into life's mysteries like, will a watermelon really grow in your tummy if you eat the seeds, are apple seeds dangerous or a life saver and things like, salt and we will test our iodine levels, giving an easy test at home for SIBO. We will look at what we are doing, we may not know, that is making our bodies hurt, giving us autoimmune diseases and causing us to get sick often and causing those gut issues it seems everyone has! Let's look at the latest rage of magnesium, why I do not like supplements and much more.
The cost of registration includes: Goodie bags, all supplies, and taste tests. The product we grow and use from Gods Creation is available for purchase. I always make time for mini consults after and you can certainly sign up for one on our website at www.fillingamehomestead.com. Check out those testimonies.
If you are not local, the classes are available online, to take at your own pace.
